Bonus Software problems

PC: The bonus games come in the form of a software installer. You first need to download that installer, available from the member's area, by right clicking and selecting "Save target as", "Save link as" or "Download linked file" depending on your browser and choosing where to download it to. Then you need to Open the Installer file and Run it. Double click on the installer file and select Run.

When you run the software installer it saves all the bonus games to your Program Files (on your C Drive) in a folder called Team Method Guitar. You only need to Run the software installer ONCE. If you run it more than once you will get the option to "repair" or "remove". If you are getting these options the bonus games have been saved to your computer.

To access the bonus games go to your Start menu, click on My computer, select the C drive or local disk, click on Program files and look for the folder called Team Method Guitar. Open that folder and all the bonus games will be in separate folders. To open one of the bonus games click on the Macromedia projector icon and the game will load up.

Mac: The bonus games come in the form of a software installer. You first need to download that installer, available from the member's area by going to the Bonus Software page from the Side Panel Menu. Find the Bonus Software Installer for your computer type and holding down control click the mouse and select "Download linked file", this will bring up the Download Manager and will save the file to your desktop. You will then need to use Stuffit expander to 'unpack' the software.

Most Mac's come preloaded with Stuffit expander but if you don't have it please check out this site: http://www.download.com/StuffIt-Expander/3000-2179_4-10653042.html?cdlPid=10900381 By double clicking on the icon on the (Course name_software_installer_exe) on your desktop stuffit should start and save the games in another folder on your desktop. Open that folder and then double click again on each of the folders to unpack those games. When stuffit has finished another icon will come up with the name of the bonus game. Double click on that icon and the folder will open. Click on the OSX icon or HTML icon and the game will start.
