Downloading Jamtracks/Video files

The best way to download the media content from the member's area of the Team Method Guitar Learning Kit is as follows:



  • Select the Page which has the content you want to download from the Side Panel Menu

  • Scroll to the list of Media files you want to download

  • RIGHT click (Control click for Mac) on the media files and select: 'Save Target as', 'Save link as', or Download linked file', depending on your browser

  • Select a place on your computer to save the file - if required, and click SAVE

  • Watch as the file is downloaded to your computer.


If something happens while you are downloading and the file is corrupted and will NOT open you will need to remove that partially downloaded file and download it again.

To remove the file please do one of the following:

For Internet Explorer users:
 



If using Internet Explorer (6) in an open Browser click Tools/Internet Options/Temporary files/Delete Files - this will delete both your temporary internet files and your cookies and will remove the corrupt file.

If using Internet Explorer (7) in an open Browser click Tools/Internet Options/Browsing History/Delete/Temporary files/Delete Files


For Firefox users:




If using Firefox in an open Browser click the Tools Tab/Options/Privacy/Private Data/Settings/Ensure that the Cookies and Temp files boxes are checked. This will delete both your temporary internet files and your cookies and will remove the corrupt file.


Once you have removed the corrupt file you can download it again from the member's area.
