Computer freezes while Downloading

If your computer freezes when you are downloading anything from the Jamorama members' area  you can log back into the members' area and download the file(s) again.

Jamorama has been broken down into separate downloads so you won't lose much if your computer crashes. You may need to clear your cache or Temporary Internet files (depending on your browser) before downloading the file again.

To clear your cache files please do one of the following:

For Internet Explorer users:

If using Internet Explorer (6) in an open Browser click Tools/Internet Options/Temporary files/Delete Files - this will delete both your temporary internet files and your cookies.

If using Internet Explorer (7) in an open Browser click Tools/Internet Options/Browsing History/Delete/Temporary files/Delete Files


For Firefox users:

If using Firefox in an open Browser click the Tools Tab/Options/Privacy/Private Data/Settings/Ensure that the Cookies and Temp files boxes are checked. This will delete both your temporary internet files.


Once you have cleared your cache you can download the file again from the members' area.
