Forgotten Password






IF you have forgotten your password you can RESET it by doing the follow:

  • Click on the Forgotten password link on the login screen (see image above)

  • Enter your email and then hit the reset password button.

  • This will send an automatic message to your email account to confirm whether you want to reset your password (the page will automatically reset to the login page).

  • This stops people getting into your account without you knowing and changing your password on you.


Please note: this is a browser specific process, so ENSURE you paste any links into the browser you first used.


  • When you receive the confirmation email:


    • Click on the link

    • OR copy and paste the link into an open browser

    • Confirm that you want to reset your password and a second email will be sent with your NEW password (which you can change at a later date if you wish).

    • Head back to the sign in page and enter your email address and your NEW password.



NB: To ensure that you receive the confirmation emails please make sure you have entered your email  address CORRECTLY!
