Where are the Audio and Video files? Rocket Piano soundAt present the media files are separate from the PDF's. This means that the Play media buttons do NOT activate the media files. Instead, these files must be downloaded from the members' area from the ebooks and Software download page and accessed from the folder you save them to.There are two options to get these files: As a zipped file in one easy download (download time will vary depending on your Internet Speed) or individually if you are only after a few specific files. When working through the PDF's and you come across a play media button, open the folder or media player where you have saved the media files and play them from there. For easier access to these media files, create a folder and put all the media files in it. Then drag and drop that folder onto your Start menu/All programs. This will mean a lot less searching your computer for those files. If you have any further questions about the Rocket Piano sound, please click NO at the bottom of the page and submit a ticket detailing the trouble you are having. PLEASE NOTE: As of July 2007, we are in the process of updating and uploading NEW videos. These are now referenced in the ebooks and are soon to be uploaded to the member's area for download. Please check in regularly to see when these become available. As of August 2007 these files have been uploaded and can be accessed from the members' area. The NEW videos are in a format that the latest updates of Windows Media player and Quicktime may struggle with. However, we have found some great FREE software that will also play that file format. It is very quite easy to use. Please find the link below. Make sure you download a copy for English (USA) or the language of YOUR country. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ Once the installer is downloaded you will need to run it. It does ask which language you want to use and English is pre-chosen and won't proceed until you select the language. It can be easy to miss. Give that a go and see if you can't view those videos. Please note: downloading this Media player will NOT activate the Play Media buttons. To access the Media files, please open the folder you have saved them to and play them from there.
