I get an error displaying error installing iKernel.exe: (0x1200) when installing Jamorama Maestro on Windows 98.

A. This is a known software issue with some users of Windows 98. Most Windows 98 machines may have system specifications which aren't suitable to run Jamorama Maestro. With the release of Jamorama Maestro v2.01, support for Windows 98 is discontinued.

Your system specifications should be a minimum of one of the following;

- Windows 2000, Pentium III, 128MB RAM
- Windows XP, Pentium III, 128MB
- OS X, Power Macintosh G3 running OS 10.1.5, 10.2.6, 10.3, 10.4 128 MB RAM.

It should work on Intel MACs, but it is unsupported at this stage.

If you continue to experience these issues: you can still access the previous version of Jamorama in the Members area. The content of the lessons is the same, although the format in which it is provided is different.
