Maestro loading screen shows forever/freezes when trying to access the download manager

A. This is a known software issue with a small number of Jamorama Maestro users. The latest version of Jamorama Maestro v2.03 should address this issue. If you haven't already updated to this version, we strongly encourage you to do so.

We believe the issue lies with the users computer hardware setup, preventing Jamorama Maestro from accessing the internet. If you continue to experience problems, we suggest you try the following.

a. Always make sure Jamorama Maestro is connected and allowed access to the internet. This may mean you need to modify settings with your software and/or hardware firewall, router, virus protection, or anything that might be preventing Jamorama Maestro accessing the download servers.

b. If you log into your computer using a username and password, make sure this user is allowed "Administration" rights, or use the main or "Administrator" account when logging in to your computer. Jamorama Maestro requires the program be allowed to write to a database file, which some non-administrator computer accounts may prevent.

If you continue to experience these issues: you can still access the previous version of Jamorama in the Members area. The content of the lessons is the same, although the format in which it is provided is different.
