Problems downloading Lessons

We are currently updating the Jamorama courses and recompiling them so you basically get a course packed full of great learning resources. We are moving away from using the Maestro application with the intention of moving to a better Online Platform for delivery.

During the interim of these phased improvements we are moving back to the old format of delivery with zip files and separate media files. However, we have made sure this is all packaged together to make getting set up with the course EASY.


There was a known software issue with previous version of Jamorama Maestro v2.01 and earlier. Try installing the new version of Jamorama Maestro v2.03.


This update addresses other major and minor issues that were discovered in previous versions. If you haven't already downloaded v2.03, we encourage you to do so.


The new version will act as an update to your old version, so you won't have to download your lessons again, however some users who were experiencing downloading issues with previous versions may have to try a fresh install.


  • To uninstall please find the Jamorama Maestro version 2.03 installer (Start menu/Search/All files and folders/Type Jamorama Maestro version 2.03

  • This will, after a short time give you the option to Modify, Repair or Remove. Hit Remove.

  • Once completed, run the installer again and that should get things running again.

  • Please Restart your computer before opening the software.
