Jamorama v2.03 -Account error message

You may be receiving one of the following messages:



  • There seems to be a problem with your account. Please contact the Jamorama team to find our why (http://www.jamorama.com/troubleshoot.html) RETRY or OK


These messages occur when your email address and registration key either don't match the details in our records or Maestro is unable to verify these details because it can NOT access our website to do this. Your details must be those which are stated in the email you received after purchase.


If you didn't receive an email confirming your details, if any of your details are NOT displayed in that email or you have misplaced those details, you can view your registration details in the members' area. Log in and change the address in the address bar to: http://www.jamorama.com/maestro/




Remember: In order to register your software, Maestro needs to be able to communicate with our website to verify your details. For this reason if you are running a firewall or have internet security running please ensure that our site (http://www.jamorama.com/) is on your allow list.

Please note that some Internet service providers (ISPs) have tighter controls on your internet searching and will require you to alter your settings to allow Maestro to request information from our site (a third party).


If you are copying and pasting, please ensure there are no spaces before or after your email address and registration key. Also ensure that all the characters like 0 (zeros), O's (O for October), I (I for India), 1 (ones) are correct.


If for ANY reason, Maestro has stopped working for you and you do receive one of the messages above, please click RETRY and submit your details again. From time to time Maestro will check for updates and verify your details. IF an error comes up, re-submitting your details should allow correct operation to resume.

We are currently updating the Jamorama courses and recompiling them so you basically get a course packed full of great learning resources. We are moving away from using the Maestro application with the intention of moving to a better Online Platform for delivery. During the interim of these phased improvements we are moving back to the old format of delivery with zip files and separate media files. However, we have made sure this is all packaged together to make getting set up with the course EASY.
