I have forgotten my password for the members area!

In order to change your password:

Click on the Forgotten password link on the login screen (see image above)

Enter your email and then hit the reset password button.

This will send an automatic message to your email account to confirm whether you want to reset your password (the page will automatically reset to the login page).

This stops people getting into your account without you knowing and changing your password on you.

Please note: this is a browser specific process, so ENSURE you paste any links into the browser you first used.

When you receive the confirmation email:

Click on the link

OR copy and paste the link into an open browser

Confirm that you want to reset your password and a second email will be sent with your NEW password (which you can change at a later date if you wish).

Head back to the sign in page and enter your email address and your NEW password.

NB: To ensure that you receive the confirmation emails please make sure you have entered your email address CORRECTLY!
