Downloading Jamtracks/Video

First select the page you want to download from (i.e. Jamtracks or Videos), then right click (control click for Mac) the jam track or video you want and select "save target as", "save link as", "download linked file" depending on your browser then you can specify where you want it downloaded to. This is actually the best way to download anything.

Some of the video content is in a format that the latest updates of Windows Media player and Quicktime may struggle with. If you are having trouble playing those files please try downloading the following  FREE software that will also play those file formats. This applies to Jamorama v1 (NOT Maestro), Jamorama Acoustic, Acoustic eXtension and lead, Rocket Piano and Singorama. It is very quite easy to use.

Make sure you download a copy for English (USA) or the language of YOUR country

Once the installer is downloaded you will need to run it. It does ask which language you want to use and English is pre-chosen and won't proceed until you select the language. It can be easy to miss.

Give that a go and see if you can't view those videos.
