Has my refund been processed?

If you have requested a refund from us and you have had notification that it has been sent off, you can check the status of your refund by contacting Clickbank and filling out the following form:

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10 July 2009, our payment (Clickbank) provider has implemented a New support Ticketing system to improve communication between customers and ourselves. You can submit a Refund request by clicking the Support link included in the Email Clickbank sent you regarding your purchase. This will be sent to us and your refund process automatically after 2 business days.You will receive updates when your purchase has been refunded.
