Why can't I view the pages on the website?

Sometimes web pages are not able to be shown due to server down time. If this has happened you could try 1 of the following:


  • You could take a break and try again later.



  • You could clear your cookies and internet files (or cache).


    • If you are browsing through Internet Explorer you need to go: Tools>Internet Options>General>Then click on the Delete cookies and Delete files in the Temporary files section.

    • If you are browsing through Firefox you need to go: Tools>Options>Cookies - and then click on the "Clear cookies now" button. Then you need to click on the Cache tab and click on the "Clear cache now" button.



    • When you log back into the member's area remember to hit refresh as soon as the page loads up to ensure you are getting the most upto date page.




  • Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have strict guidelines for internet surfing, for your protection, and can limit your access to some sites that require a cookie to be saved to your computer. For this reason, you may need to check your settings and ensure that our site www.jamorama.com is on your safe list and that cookies CAN be saved to your computer.

  • We may be experiencing a problem with our site in which case we will probably know about it and be working on getting it back up and running as soon as we are able. If this is the case, please be patient with us.
