Vista Compatibility

While our Maestro application has not been fully tested on Vista, we have had reports that it does work well. If you are downloading Maestro to a computer running Vista, please ensure that you DO NOT use any pre-selected folders to save the file to. Instead, create a folder yourself in My Docs or on your Desktop and save the file there. This will ensure that the download file is not altered during the download process.

We are finding that our Bonus software works well when run in a different Compatibility mode. To do this:

RIGHT click on installer

Select PROPERTIES

On the Compatibility tab, from the drop down list, select a different Operating System than Vista.

If there is no Compatibility tab on the Properties window, please read this article.

If you purchase the course and find that it doesn't work well, you can either download the earlier version of the course (PDFs and separate media files) OR request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

At this stage we believe our software can be run on Vista run machines well enough to justify NOT releasing a separate Vista compatible version.

We are currently updating the Jamorama courses and recompiling them so you basically get a course packed full of great learning resources. We are moving away from using the Maestro application with the intention of moving to a better Online Platform for delivery.

During the interim of these phased improvements we are moving back to the old format of delivery with zip files and separate media files. However, we have made sure this is all packaged together to make getting set up with the course EASY.
